These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of veriqos.com and the Veriqos developer sandbox (together, the “Website”), operated by Veriqos Tech Private Limited (“Veriqos”, “we”, “us”), 1st Floor, F-27, Gautam Marg, Above Punjab National Bank, Sector 6, Amrapali Circle, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302021, India. By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
About these Terms
These Terms cover use of the Website only. Production access to our verification APIs, and any software development services we provide, are governed by a separate written agreement, order form or statement of work signed with you. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement applies.

Developer sandbox
The sandbox is provided free of charge for evaluation and integration testing. It returns test or simulated responses and must not be used to verify real individuals or businesses or to make any real decision. Sandbox access, API keys and usage limits may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time. You must keep any credentials we issue confidential and must not share them.
Enquiries and communications
When you submit a form, request a demo or request production keys, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to share it. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract; any engagement starts only when a separate agreement is signed.
Intellectual property

You may view and use them for evaluating and integrating with our services. Code samples may be used in your own integration with our APIs.
