This policy explains what personal data Veriqos Tech Private Limited (“Veriqos”, “we”, “us”) collects through veriqos.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Data processed through our verification APIs on behalf of our customers is governed by our customer agreements.
Information you give us
When you fill in a contact, demo or “Get Production Keys” form, we collect the details you enter: your name, business email address, phone number, company website, the service you are interested in and your message. Some forms also ask for your company name, expected monthly verification volume and primary use case. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, to follow up about our services, and to keep a record of our communication with you.
Information collected automatically
We use the following tools, which set cookies or similar technologies in your browser:
- Google Analytics 4 (via Google Tag Manager), to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on site, approximate location, device and browser type, and clicks on key buttons. When you submit a form, we may link your enquiry to your analytics identifier so we can measure which pages and campaigns lead to enquiries.
- Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors interact with pages (mouse movement, scrolling and clicks) as session replays and heatmaps, so we can improve the site.
- Apollo.io, which uses your IP address to identify the company or organisation you may be browsing from, and records which pages were viewed, so we can understand which businesses are interested in our services. We use company-level identification only.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram), which records the pages you visit and when you submit an enquiry form, so we can measure the results of our ads on Meta platforms and show relevant ads to people who have visited our website.
- Cloudflare and our web server security software, which process your IP address and request details to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
Google’s, Microsoft’s, Apollo’s and Meta’s use of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy and the Microsoft Privacy Statement , the Apollo Privacy Policy and the Meta Privacy Policy. You can manage how Meta uses this data in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers listed above and our email provider, who process it on our behalf, or where required by law.
Retention
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you, and for up to 3 years afterwards. Analytics data is kept according to the retention period set in Google Analytics.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent you have given.
